Before booking a spa treatment, there are a few important things to know.
- First, make sure to complete your medical history form before your treatment begins. This will help the therapist understand any specific needs or concerns you may have.
- During the treatment, it’s important to speak up if you feel uncomfortable at any point. Your comfort and well-being are their top priorities. Additionally, you have the option to choose a male or female therapist, so you can feel at ease during your session.
- When booking your first appointment, try to arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for check-in and relaxation. It’s worth noting that if you arrive late, the full cost of the appointment will still be charged, and the session will not be extended.
- If you need to cancel your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges. However, if you cancel within 12 hours of your appointment or fail to show up, you will be billed 50% or 100% of the cost, respectively. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, but these policies ensure fairness to both our clients and therapists.
